Daraz Pay Terms and Conditions

1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and daraz pay ("daraz pay", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the daraz pay platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at daraz-pay.org.

By registering an account on daraz pay, making a deposit, or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the daraz pay platform.

Daraz pay reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the daraz pay platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on daraz pay. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Daraz pay may request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on daraz pay. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Daraz pay uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering on daraz pay. This includes your full name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any balance.

2.4 Account Verification

Daraz pay may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Verification may include submitting a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended until verification is completed.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

Daraz pay currently supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at daraz pay's discretion. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

3.2 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your daraz pay account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process. Da raz pay does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

3.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on daraz pay are processed within five minutes during normal operating hours. To make a withdrawal, your account must be verified and your balance must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in your account. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless you request otherwise through the support team.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Daraz pay reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal in the following circumstances:

• Your account identity has not been fully verified.
• There is an active investigation into suspected fraud or bonus abuse on your account.
• The withdrawal request does not meet the minimum threshold.
• A bonus wagering requirement attached to your balance has not been completed.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

Daraz pay offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are displayed at the time the bonus is claimed. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on daraz pay are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated when the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Daraz pay monitors all accounts for signs of bonus abuse. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers.
• Providing false information to qualify for a bonus.

4.4 Bonus Modification and Cancellation

Daraz pay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled after it has been credited to your account, any wagering completed using that bonus will still count toward your account history, but the remaining bonus balance will be removed.

5 Game Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Certified Random Number Generators

All games available on daraz pay use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine game outcomes. This means every spin, card draw, or number selection is entirely random and independent of previous results. RTP (Return to Player) figures for each game are published on the respective game pages.

5.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or software fault, daraz pay reserves the right to void any bets or winnings affected by the malfunction. 5.3 Prohibited Conduct

6 Account Security and Responsibility

6.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your daraz pay account credentials. Choose a strong, unique password and do not share it with anyone. Daraz pay will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you receive a message asking for your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to the daraz pay support team immediately.

6.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your daraz pay account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the support team immediately. Daraz pay will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking your account to prevent further unauthorised activity. Daraz pay is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

6.3 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Daraz pay may charge a monthly inactivity fee on dormant accounts after this period. You will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in to your daraz pay account at least once every 12 months.

7 Responsible Gaming

Daraz pay is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a way to generate income or escape personal problems. The following tools are available to all daraz pay players from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.

Daraz pay's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Daraz pay does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. Daraz pay will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and notify players in advance of scheduled maintenance.

9 Account Closure and Termination

9.1 Closure by Player

You may close your daraz pay account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closing your account, ensure that any pending withdrawals have been processed and your balance has been withdrawn. Daraz pay will process your account closure request within 48 hours of receiving it.

9.2 Termination by Daraz Pay

Daraz pay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you are found to have breached these Terms. In cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct, daraz pay may withhold your balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your right to access the daraz pay platform ceases immediately. Any bonus balance is forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the outcome of any ongoing investigation.

10 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of the daraz pay platform should first be raised with the daraz pay support team, who will make every effort to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support team, daraz pay will escalate the matter to its internal disputes resolution process. You will be notified of the outcome in writing within a reasonable timeframe.

Daraz pay's decision on any dispute relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, or account status shall be final, provided that the decision was reached in good faith and in accordance with these Terms.

11 Changes to These Terms

Daraz pay may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will always be available on this page with the effective date clearly displayed.

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect. Continued use of the daraz pay platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
